Why I Started Inner Fire Designs: Reclaiming My Inner Fire
For most of my life, I poured my energy into everyone else.
I’m a mom of three amazing boys. I’ve spent over 18 years building a corporate career. Like many women, I learned how to show up, work hard, and put my passions on the back burner while I focused on raising my family and doing what needed to be done.
And I wouldn’t change any of that.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something important:
I had put myself on pause.
As my children grew older and needed me in different ways, I felt a quiet spark return — a pull toward creativity, self-expression, and doing something just for me. That spark became the beginning of Inner Fire Designs.
What “Inner Fire” Means to Me
Your inner fire is that voice inside you — the one that knows who you are, what you love, and what lights you up. Sometimes it burns brightly. Other times, it’s just an ember, waiting for permission to glow again.
Inner Fire Designs was created as a reminder that it’s never too late to:
Rediscover your creativity
Reclaim your confidence
Choose yourself without guilt
Every design I create is rooted in that belief.
More Than a Brand
Inner Fire Designs isn’t just about apparel, stationery, candles, or home décor. It’s about how those pieces make you feel.
It’s about surrounding yourself with things that inspire you, ground you, and remind you of your strength — whether that’s a candle lit during a quiet moment, a notebook holding your thoughts, or a piece you wear that feels like you.
This Is Just the Beginning
This blog will be a space where I share:
The journey behind the brand
Creative inspiration and design stories
Reflections on motherhood, growth, and reinvention
Encouragement for women finding their way back to themselves
If you’re here, I hope you feel seen. I hope something you find reminds you that your passions still matter — and that your inner fire is worth nurturing.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
With warmth,
Jacinda
